Sweet Waffles recipe
- 2 frozen waffles
- 2 tablespoons plain low fat cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Rugani Carrots
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
- Maple syrup, as desired
Toast waffles until they are a nice light brown colour.
Spread cream cheese on one waffle.
Top with Rugani carrots, raisins and walnuts.
Drizzle with Maple syrup.
Top with remaining waffle and serve immediately.
